Let’s start with the role

This is an exciting role within our expanding Marketing Department. The role will be setting and contributing to the affiliate marketing strategy for the DACH region.



  • Manage all affiliate and key partner relationships within the business & deliver recruitment and revenue targets in line with the casino & sportsbook plan
  • Manage commercial agreements, commission models. Create plans & strategy in order to generate significant growth in affiliate contribution
  • Display a clear understanding of costs and ROI- lead and develop management reporting to promote affiliates within the business
  • Management of affiliate targeted campaigns whether bespoke to the channel or central campaigns across products
  • Build & contribute significantly in developing the members of the affiliate team, working in sync with the Continuous Improvement value, fuelling the organisation

Day to day management of affiliate executive(s):

  • To support and oversee core tasks and delivery: Review New Affiliate Applications; Negotiation, Closing & Optimization of Deals; Handling of Affiliate Partners Requests; Communication (Provide Creatives, Consult upon Promotion of Brand etc.); Reporting, Evaluation & Optimization of Network; Manage Affiliate Email, Maintain Affiliate Relationships; Budget allocation; Sign Off Invoicing
  • Overview the smooth operation of the Affiliate Marketing Tool for the DACH region. Co-operate with the HQ respective team in order to maintain the smooth operation with the provider and optimize the tool to support & favour business needs
  • Daily/monthly budget management for the affiliate channel
  • Ensure flawless tracking & creation of all tagging and affiliate assets that will be used by the network


  • A strong grasp of digital and affiliate marketing with outstanding communication, leadership and analytical skills
  • Understanding CPN (content networks e.g. the potential for building our own affiliate network at some point in the future)
  • Continuous optimization focus through testing (deals, creative, relationship with search etc).
  • Commercially astute demonstrating strong negotiation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of programs including Income Access & Appsflyer
  • Experience or strong understanding and passion for the iGaming industry & certain concepts & KPIs across products
  • Extensive contact list and ability to quickly convert leads
  • Pragmatic, ‘hands-on’ approach to account management
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a marketing-oriented position such as Affiliate or Digital Manager position in the iGaming field
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proactive & take initiatives, ability to push projects quickly and efficiently

Nice to Have

  • Relevant Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
  • Fluent in another language
